Field Operations Site Manager
Grow, retain, and audit a network of potential Service Providers (Sub-Contractors) for snow removal management/services in our CRM system. Qualify and contract Service Providers to perform service for clients. Manage the document control process for Service Provider paperwork, ensuring that all documentation is signed and completed and that the appropriate insurance coverage is in place. Manage sites, Service Providers, and crews during the snow season to ensure customers receive superior quality and reliable services. Site management requires 24/7 availability during the snow season to be actively involved before, during, and after all snow events.
Invoicing/Accounts Receivable Specialist - Full-Time

Drive the invoicing cycle to provide complete and accurate invoices to the customer in a timely manner. Maintain customer invoicing related data in our CRM and other systems. Research and respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues as appropriate. Learn and maintain knowledge of the Snow Industry, including services performed for specific weather conditions. Become a subject matter expert in the overall function of how the business runs, the systems we use, and the customers we serve, focusing on how your day-to-day responsibilities integrate into and support the overall business goals.
Snow Foreman - Seasonal

As a working supervisor, direct seasonal staff on assigned site(s) before/during/after a storm. Manage operations to ensure services are performed according to the contract and scope of work and are entered into our systems. Perform site inspections. Actively communicate with management to coordinate tasks and meet customer needs. Assist in plowing and salting as needed, using both heavy equipment and plow trucks with salters. This is a part-time, temporary, seasonal position.
Snowplow Truck Driver/General Helper - Full-Time
Pittsburgh, PA
Perform various tasks related to snow equipment preparation and maintenance. Prepare customer sites prior to the beginning of the season and maintain the neatness of the properties during the winter. Deliver and distribute fuel for all equipment before, during, and after storm events. Operate various snow clearing and deicing equipment. This role requires 24/7 availability during the snow season to be actively involved before, during, and after all snow events.
Staff Accountant - Full-Time

Perform key accounting duties such as maintaining the general ledger, reviewing financial statements, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits and budgeting processes, and reconciling accounts.
